Holes + Eggs

Annie Miller is an Austin, Texas-based artist. Her work considers desire and the inability to fulfill certain longings and explores cultural expectations surrounding fertility, aging, and femininity. As a part of the staycation iv: (un)promised potential Close Encounters series, Miller has created an e-zine, titled holes + eggs, which includes source material for her works in the exhibition, her own writing, and studies of many of the featured works.
